Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY TIMING
- Designs available in stock will be given to the courier within 2 working days after order confirmation via email.
- For designs out of stock or designs that need to be customized will be given to the courier within 2-3 weeks after order confirmation via email. (in case of a work load or pandemic inconvenience, informative email about revised delivery timing will be sent.)
- In case of an urgent order, please kindly get it in touch.
DELIVERY
- Deliveries leave from Monday till Saturday noon, where Saturday delivery service is available. On Sundays and holidays delivery is not available.
- Deliveries are insured and will be delicately gift wrapped.
- Domestic deliveries are free.
RETURNS
- If you are not completely happy with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days after delivery confirmation. Pieces must be unworn and sent back in the original packaging.
- To arrange an extended return period in case you are buying a gift, please kindly get in touch at info@deifyfinejewellery.com.
- Please kindly include your order number and invoice inside the return package.
- Unfortunately, no returns or exchange is accepted in personalized orders. (color change, polish/ finish change, stone change, size or length adjustment, etc)
- All necessary controls are made before delivery. However, in case of an inconvenience with your order or a fault with the design you received, please kindly get in touch as soon as possible. Will be happy to help, if the fault derives from production. However, unfortunately no returns or exchanges is accepted because of misusage or storage. Please kindly read the care and storage instructions carefully. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

- No responsibility is accepted for parcels lost in transit.
- Return costs belong to the customer.
